1. Scope
Tiketko provides an event catalogue, availability information and electronic ticket issuance. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Account and verification
A valid, verified email address is required before a ticket can be issued. You are responsible for the accuracy of your name and email and for keeping access to your inbox secure.
3. Tickets and availability
Availability updates in real time. An order is only successful once a unique record has been issued. Only a PDF and QR code explicitly identified as an admission ticket may be used once at the event. Records identified as test simulations are not valid for admission. Do not share ticket files or QR codes publicly.
4. Payments and external sources
Stripe test mode does not charge real funds. Admission rights are determined separately by the displayed offer type: an admission ticket can be checked at the event, while a test simulation cannot. When Tiketko links to an external source or seller, availability, payment, cancellation and refunds are governed by that seller's terms. The applicable mode, offer type and source are shown before you continue.
5. Event information
The date, start time, venue and admission rules appear on the relevant event page. If details change, the latest information published by the organizer applies.
6. Acceptable use
Automated purchasing, bypassing the queue, QR code abuse and attempts to access another customer's tickets or administrative functions are prohibited.
